Xiren | Concert Photography

Back when I was a young pup, I used to play bass in a band called On Second Thought that gigged a lot around Denver, and toured a little nationally. It was an amazing experience that connected me with some of the best friends I’ll ever have, and brought me into contact with a TON of absurdly talented artists and wonderful people.

One of the groups that were popular in Colorado around that same time were my pals in the band, Xiren. These guys have maintained their dedication to making music much longer, and more seriously than I have, and are still playing shows and writing songs regularly. I was fortunate enough to have been asked to come and take some concert photos for them during a homecoming show they recently played at Herman’s Hideaway, in Denver.

They sounded fantastic, and it was a lot of fun seeing everyone again. I had a blast!
